The past decade has tested me in ways I never expected—heartache, deep personal loss, and the grief of losing both my parents. For a long time, I was surviving, not living. But somewhere in the middle of all that pain, I found something steady: the power of wellness, the stillness of yoga, and the slow, daily practice of putting myself back together.
The School of Wellness is where I share what’s helped me heal and grow—mentally, physically, and emotionally. It’s about living with intention, choosing plant-based meals, creating space for movement and rest, and committing to personal growth one imperfect day at a time.
